Your role

Client and Data Center Co-Marketing, Cloud Services Co Provider, and Retail Marketing Program are Global Marketing Programs managed by the Global Audit and Compliance Team. The auditor is responsible for performing a proof of performance audit to ensure Intel customers comply with the relevant Intel Marketing Program guidelines.

  • Candidate will have the opportunity to support financial analysis and work with the supervisor to recommend solutions, provide information in the areas of controls and risk management and return on investment decisions, ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies, and the integrity of external and internal reporting.
  • Regularly plan and manage work schedule to support marketing programs audit requirements which may be cyclical each quarter.
  • Also required to partner with internal SMG stakeholders globally to understand the customer business needs and explore areas of process improvement via engagement in projects to enhance the overall operational efficiency of all programs.
  • This includes but is not limited to driving business results and ensuring new tools or programs land smoothly, managing reporting and analysis as well as other ad hoc projects or requests to enhance the overall operational efficiency with emphasis on being value-added.
  • Also, support audits performed by Internal Audit during the year.

Work-life balance

The regular office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday and for the shift, working hours will be 12 hours (7 am to 7 pm). However, Intel applies flexible working hours as well, so you can work within flexible hours as long as the work is well delivered. For this role, you will be eligible for Intel's hybrid work model where you are allowed to split your time between working on-site at your assigned Intel site and off-site.

About you

  • You should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management or any relevant discipline to Finance or Accounting.
  • Proficient in English and preferable with additional language such as Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, or German language.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet commitments in a dynamic and ambiguous environment and follow through on details.
