Your role

Position description:

• Safety Training program: Assist in the review, consolidation, and tracking of safety training completion for the site.
• Safety-Walk: Follow up on the safety walk schedule, capturing feedback from safety dialogues, finding consolidation, and closure tracking and report.
• Safety Communications: Support all assigned safety communications e.g. safety newsletter scheduling, materials consolidation, and publication every month; safety metrics updates and safety corner materials updated.
• Assist the organization and execution of scheduled EHS events e.g. Health Campaign, Health Talk sessions, etc.
• Support local regulatory compliance tracking and validation of compliance activities.

Work-life balance

The regular office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday and for the shift, working hours will be 12 hours (7 am to 7 pm). However, Intel also applies flexible working hours, so you can work within flexible hours as long as the work is well delivered.

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following:

• Basic qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree related to Safety, Chemistry, or Environment Engineering.
  • Good command of English and communications.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Preferred qualifications
  • Passionate about EHS management
  • Experience in organizing or coordinating events, and internal communications.
