Your role

Work with PSM on the development and implementation of various factory projects for KuAT. This includes but is not limited to employee engagement and workplace culture programs where the aim is to connect with the hearts and minds of employees and create a workplace that:

• Inspires nurtures growth, enables progression, and offers a sense of belonging and acceptance for everyone within it.
• Working together with internal stakeholders from the various business groups/departments at the KuAT factory, as well as the communications team.
• You will also need to manage employee engagement communications, including posters, videos, and teasers, and make the program successful.

Training & development

Work-life balance

About you
