Your role
The Intern, Solution Engineering role is an entry-level position within the Solution Engineering division. This role is focused on gaining exposure to and learning about Infobip's products, solutions, and business processes. The intern will work under the guidance of a mentor and senior team members, participating in various activities related to solution proposals, solution design, delivery, and integrations.
As an intern, your responsibilities include:
Learning and development:
- Gain a foundational understanding of Infobip's solutions and services.
- Assist in developing an understanding of customers’ businesses to identify how Infobip’s solutions and products can support their business evolution.
Customer engagement:
- Support the team in designing innovative solutions to meet customers' business needs.
- Assist in collecting technical requirements and help in designing simple technical solutions and service integration plans.
- Provide support in handling technical and security questionnaires.
- Help in preparing and conducting demos and POCs.
Solution implementation:
- Assist in delivering comprehensive and precise technical documentation.
- Support the configuration and implementation of Infobip solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in training and solution enablement sessions for SMB customers and document meeting minutes and summaries.
Internal initiatives and continuous development:
- Document solutions and best practices and share them within the department (e.g., through active participation in the Community of Practice).
- Get acquainted with local market requirements and trends.
- Continuously learn and develop an understanding of Infobip's products and solutions, both technically and commercially, staying updated on changes and upgrades.
About you
Skills and qualifications:
- Final year student or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development and integration concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
