Your role
As an intern, your responsibilities include:
- Focus on learning work processes and procedures.
- Gain and develop technical knowledge of IB’s core business.
- Recognize types of documents and correspondent suppliers, regardless of language, and redirect internal stakeholders to the correct departments.
- Downloading documents from Supplier's Portals
- Creating documents in SU, checking and updating entries, providing inputs to FSS for entering invoices, and feedback on correction of entries
- Extracting data from Archives
- Checking and approving documents in the SIC tool
- Checking and approving documents manually - lower complexity
- Recalculation in SU
- Recalculation of logs – adjusting the charged amount to Infobip’s data which is showing real cost and has an impact on the margin.
- Understand, report, and track discrepancies for straightforward reconciliations between supplier’s statistics and Info Bip's logs until resolution i.e. invoices that should be processed through the SIC Tool
- Timely and accurate delivery of given assignments and task performance (in terms of deadlines met and achieved standards of output quality).
- Ability to reply to suppliers' inquiries and forward them to relevant internal teams i.e. payment queries
- Contribute to the team’s overall achievement and efficiency, as well as the company’s cost reduction, which is achieved through cost tracking, updating, and dispute resolution.
About you
Requirements for this internship:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business or Economics
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & BI tools
- Alternatively, you have recently completed college and are seeking your first job in your chosen field of study.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
