Your role
In this role of Specialist Logistics, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
Export Control (EC)
Compliance with national and international Export Control laws and regulations.
Keep up-to-date with EC Regulations by attending relevant internal and external export control training.
Raise general awareness on Export Control topics within the Company.
Assist in the classification of products according to export control requirements (European Export Control Regulations, Malaysia Strategic Trade Act (2010), U.S. Commerce Control List, and others).
Support and review End-Use and End-User Controls checks.
Apply for export licenses with the authorities if national licenses are required and process export licenses to fulfill licensing requirements.
Review and process Non-Standard shipments (NOSTAS) on Export Control requirements.
Prepare for an external audit by Infineon HQ and government authorities.
Transit Management (TM)
Freight bill verification preparation
Freight invoice verification and classification (financial coding)
Freight invoice approval and submission handling
Extract and deliver shipping report to Finance controller to determine the freight cost allocation key.

About you
You are best equipped for this task if you own the qualifications below:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant. Preferable1-2 years working experience in trade compliance
Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, etc.)
Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with good analytical skills and under minimum supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on tight deadlines.
High integrity, pleasant personality with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
