Your role

As a Specialist Employee Services at Infineon Technologies Malaysia, you will carry the following responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of automation and headcount reporting at HR.
• Actively manage automation and improvement activities with relevant stakeholders and service center.
• Process improvement and automation for operational excellence.
• Validating data from time to time and ensure data is entered in the appropriate HR systems in an effective and accurate manner.
• Participate on project teams as assigned.
• Perform other duties in the HR Service Centre according to business needs.
