Your role

As a Senior Engineer Product Engineering at Infineon Technologies Malaysia, you will carry the following responsibilities:

• Continuous support on FE and BE production topics (low yield, customer return, etc) and linkage between cross-functional teams.
• Drive cost, savings, and yield improvement projects.
• Continuous improvement and innovation on Product Development topics (setup and maintenance of lab test bench, lab bench automation, automated data analysis, etc).
• Perform electrical lab bench characterization, feedback characterization results and prepare electrical data analysis reports (yield, Cp-Cpk, Pareto, etc) to Development, Project, and Application team.

About you
