In the Process Fresh Graduate Development Program at Infineon Technologies, you will lead shifts, manage team coverage, make preliminary decisions, and escalate issues as needed. You'll also work on improvement projects, execute Flexible Trial Routes (FTR), and analyze data to enhance productivity, processes, and quality.
In your new role, you will:
Shift lead, to lead the team, manage shift coverage, take preliminary decision making & escalate to respective engineer for help & support, if needed.
Participate in improvement projects which include productivity improvement, process improvement, and quality improvements.
FTR (Flexible Trial Route) execution.
Data crunching and report generation for Line defect, APC, Scrap, and Space for engineering analysis.
Participate in improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement, and quality improvements.

About you
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Diploma in Chemistry / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics or equivalent.
Added advantage if possess the knowledge of characterization methodology on semiconductor manufacturing unit process materials and equipment engineering.
Experience in the Design of Experiments (DOE) is an advantage.
Must be a self-starter who can work both independently and in groups.
Able to organize and coordinate multiple projects on time
CGPA of at least 3.0 and above
Contract for 12 months
