Your role

In this new role, you will:

• Support administering iShare for Disciplinary & Grievance
• Preparing and issuing disciplinary letters for minor cases
• Manage disciplinary and grievances documentation and filing
• Support in preparing the disciplinary data e.g. attendance, fab time in/out
• Support in preparing the disciplinary & grievance trend

About you

You are best equipped for this task if you have the qualifications below:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources and equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English communication
• High integrity in handling confidential information
• Possess own transportation
• Internship for at least 4-6 months
