Your role

As a trainee at Graduate Technical Program Operations, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Perform analysis and tracking of daily productivity performance.
• Analyze capacity and resource planning and optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity
• Initiate and coordinate improvement projects including productivity improvement, cost saving, and drive for quality improvement projects
• Ensure housekeeping practices are followed at all means, review and propose improvements to housekeeping
• Involved in process & equipment issues and upheld Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) among all Operation Specialist
