Your role

As an Engineer Process (Implant), you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Perform process engineering and production support in one assigned area of the semiconductor process
  • Work as a team between Manufacturing/ Mnt/ UPE/ LBS/ Technology/ Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line interruption
  • Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and other process control tools.
  • Supervise Associate Engineer (AE) and Senior Operation Specialist (SOS)on daily task
  • Follow & ensure shift people (AE & SOS) to follow process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
  • Initiate, coordinate, and support excursion prevention, cost reduction, and quality improvement projects
  • Support Line sustaining, required to work inside FAB.
  • Need to work on 12-hour shift, day or night or as requested, to support production line
