Your role

In this role of Engineer Information Technology - Master Data Developer, you will have the tasks and responsibilities below:

• Receive and handling of remedy helpdesk incidents and change request tickets. 
• Perform application change requests from the application owner on a monthly basis. 
• Assists in solving incidents that the 2nd level Master Data team is unable to solve.
• Collaborate with Master Data developers and application owners to find solutions.
• Communicate with the application owner to obtain more information regarding the change requests to be implemented, and propose man days estimation of development effort.
• Perform problem management (For example, root cause analysis of why similar problems reoccur and propose a solution to fix it)
• Handle Master Data application release process
• Involve and participate in project activity

About you

You are best equipped for this task if you own the qualifications below:

• Bachelor's Degree of Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of related working experience, fresh graduates with a good record are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in PL/SQL and C# programming skills.
• Willingness to acquire broad knowledge about the technical and product of Master Data applications.
• Strong at analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Self-driven and fast learner, self-motivation, and proactive.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
