Your role

As a Customer Logistics Management Competence Center Trainee at Infineon, you will assist with optimizing logistics processes, support customer relations, and manage inventory and supply chain activities. You'll gain practical experience in logistics management, work closely with experienced professionals, and contribute to enhancing their customer service and operational efficiency.

In your new role, you will:

Order management:

  • Ensure on-time initiation of all shipments.
  • Process / confirm orders and forecasts.
  • Maintain operational EDI handling.
  • Resolve Idoc workflows in SAP.
  • Track orders and deliveries.
  • Consignment concepts: monitor MRP runs; reconcile consignment stock.
  • Manage forecast-based concepts.
  • Maintain system tables and master data in SAP.

Process:

  • Cooperate with CC Key Users on process & tool anomalies.
  • Document processes.
  • Actively drive and support process standardization, first-level process automation, and end-to-end process optimization.
  • Support Internal Control testing and audit.

About you

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year experience in Management, Computer Science, business study, or related supply chain field are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum of CGPA 3.0 and above.
  • Some knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamic, and iShare is preferred.
  • Basic in Macro/Robotic Process Automation-UI Path knowledge is preferred,
  • Intermediate level of Python knowledge is desirable.
  • Some acquaintances of the supply chain will be an advantage.
  • Diligent with high standards and work quality.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Remarks: This graduate Program is a 1-year contract position and is specifically open for bachelor's degree graduates with less than 1 year of working experience with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above only.
