Your role

As a Software Service Delivery Engineer at Huawei Malaysia, you will be:

• Responsible for global Service solution planning and design, and system integration deployment of Software Department services (VAS/RM/BSS, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

About you

Professional requirements

• Familiar with the basic knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
• Have the skills of any of the VAS/RM/BSS products.
• Familiar with the basic principles and operations of Linux OS/database/datacom network equipment.
• Technical management including such as delivery solution design and review, issue and risk management, scope, and schedule management, etc.
• Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical disciplines

Service skill requirements

• Familiar with the integrated delivery process of any of the VAS/RM/BSS products, and have successful project implementation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent team spirit, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented, good presentation skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactive working attitude
