Your role

Responsibilities

• To manage and handle the Maintenance operation on the IP/Transmission network products.
• Maintain the live network and troubleshoot the network problem to restore the services within the SLA.
• Provide filed maintenance and technical support for the transmission network based on a maintenance contract.
• To monitor and audit implementation activity and perform rectification for live network work.
• To analyze network performance, resolve complex network problems, and optimize network architecture.
• Have strong communication skill and interpersonal skills
• Required on standby on the support.

About you

Professional Knowledge Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or above major in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or a related area.
• Good technical knowledge of IP/Transmission networks, Experience with Huawei IP/Optical/microwave equipment (Router, Lanswitch, OSN Series, RTN Series) will be added advantages.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
• Working Location: East Malaysia or Klang Valley.
• Contract position(s) available.
• Candidates with HCNP, HCNA, and HCIE certificates will be added advantages.
• Willing to travel (when required).
