Global Banking & Markets (Global Banking, Markets & Securities Services and Wholesale Client Services)

They use the strength of HSBC’s international network to connect emerging and mature markets, covering key growth areas. Their products and services include advisory, financing, prime services, research and analysis, securities services, trading and sales, and transaction banking.

Commercial Banking (Business Banking and International Subsidiary Banking)

  • HSBC provides businesses with banking services in both home markets and overseas. These include trade and receivables finance, global liquidity and cash management, multi-currency accounts, commercial cards, overdrafts, working capital finance, term loans, and syndicated, leveraged, acquisition, and project finance.

About you

Requirements for this internship:

  • You must be an undergraduate student studying in any discipline with availability to work full-time from March/ April 2024 for a minimum duration of 10 to 12 weeks.

What you must possess:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
