Your Role

• The HLB Protégé (Professional Training and Education for Graduating Entrepreneurs) Internship Program equips graduates with the knowledge and skills to succeed in the finance industry.
• Graduates selected for the 8 month HLB Protégé Internship Program will acquire on-the-job learning experience across the business and support functions of the Bank such as PFS Credit, Finance, Risk Management and more.
• HLB Protégé interns will learn to apply what they have learned in the classroom and apply it to real world business challenges, providing them with the opportunity to enhance their critical thinking, communication, project and stakeholder management skills.
• The Sustainability Protégé intern will assist with the development of visual communication materials such as infographics, social media content and electronic direct mailers (EDMs) on sustainability-related topics and the Bank's sustainability-related initiatives for internal and external knowledge sharing.
• The Sustainability Protégé intern will assist with the planning and implementation of communication campaigns for internal Sustainability Month aimed to raise awareness, share knowledge and drive participation among bank wide employees on sustainability-related issues and initiatives.
• The Sustainability Protégé intern will assist in the collection of data and development of the Sustainability Dashboard to monitor the Bank's sustainability performance against targets set.
• The Sustainability Protégé intern will be part of the support staff for the Bank's Sustainability Secretariat.
