Your role

Responsibilities during the Internship:

• Welcoming and greeting Priority Banking customers in a warm, courteous, and professional from the Lobby to the PB Centre;
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving customer service problems;
• Ensures customers are attended in a timely manner while taking extra steps to engage customers to build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
• Responsible for the upkeep of the Priority Banking Center (PBC) and ensuring all facilities, equipment, and stationaries are sufficiently provided;
• Responsible for documentation and filing system to ensure all important documentation are organized and up-to-date;
• Support in Priority Banking Centre (PBC) in managing and organizing events.

About you

Requirements for this internship:

• Malaysian citizen
• Undergraduate in any field of study from a local or international university
• The ability to speak in multiple languages will be an added advantage
• Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities
• Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, is able to communicate with people at various seniority levels, and works cohesively in a project or team environment
