Your role

Functional (Job responsibilities):

  • OHS Documentation
    • Assist in maintaining the Occupational Health & Safety Management System documentation, ensuring it is current, documents controlled, records maintained, and information communicated to stakeholders.
    • These include risk & legal registers, incident reporting data, and annual reporting.
  • Data & Report Generation
    • Assist in collating data for baseline measurement of the Bank’s OHS performance.
  • Induction Material
    • Maintain & improve the OHS Resource Site for stakeholders to access information on OHS & Environmental Compliance.
    • Create and update online training material for stakeholders.
    • Produce and update posters and other communication material for stakeholders.
  • Worksite Inspections
    • Assist with worksite inspections and other checking activities related to OHS.

Training & development

The 12-week internship offers students a chance to gain field-related knowledge and experience, reinforcing career aspirations in banking. HLB's 70:20:10 framework involves 70% real projects, 20% direct collaboration with seniors, and 10% in-class training, as the video explains.
