Merchant Sales & Operations Support null

Job Responsibilities

• Handling Operations Common mailbox
• Attend to respective teams (Helpdesk, TVM, channel or branch and Payment team) inquiries and issues related to terminal and merchants’ inquiries
• Identify and escalate the requests (maintenance, additional, termination and others) to the relevant department / units.
• Handle and resolve merchant issues or complaints and ensure end to end completion and adherence to TAT.
• Handling manual statement daily and ad-hoc statement requests
• Handles Chargeback & Dispute inquiries.
• Handling Payment settlement discrepancies and adjustments (escalation from Payment team)
• Other Merchant support related matters

Job Requirements

• Candidate must posses a minimum Diploma in any related field
• Must be a self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving
• Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and Management at all levels
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Solid verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required
