Your role

IT Security Graduate Trainee program is a 12-month program which is designed for young and talented fresh graduates. You will gain development skills and hands-on practices, from user experience design to the actual security administrations and monitoring required to protect the Bank.

Training & development

Throughout the 12-month program, the Graduate Trainees will be equipped with knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience in Bank’s security areas such as Network, System, Application & Database, Threat Intel, and Security Operation Centre. The Graduate Trainees will be assigned to mentors who will guide ongoing projects.

Career progression

This program is designed to prepare Hong Leong Bank Malaysia's future leader. At the end of the program, you will be placed in IT Security or other Divisions to further your ongoing career development path.

Work-life balance

The workload given is also acceptable as described first. In addition, HLP applied normal working hours, not exceeding more than 8 hours per day and more than 45 hours per week. About you
