HR Shared Service - Industrial Relations(IR)

Internship Scope

The intern will have the exposure in the following areas:

  • Following up with staff on pending items/documents based on annual employee screening results/findings
  • Assist to review staff's attendance/absenteeism/Medical leave records
  • Assist in IR administrative matters
  • Assist the team members on other ad-hoc IR-related matters
