The Human Resources Employee Engagement Intern is primarily responsible for assisting with university outreach activities and assisting the Manager and Head of Employee Engagement in administrative and reporting work related to the bankwide employee engagement (EE) activities.
Internship Scope:
Employee Engagement
Assist EE Manager in driving a high level of consistent execution for employee engagement activities
Ensure EE activities registration is set up timely and communicated accurately.
Track attendance, and compile feedback and results for each EE activity for inclusion in internal/ external reporting.
University Outreach
Track and provide insights into the Master Applicant Tracker by (but not limited to) applicants by university, division, program, etc. Provide monthly updates to Head, EE.
Track and provide insights into internship interviews including but not limited to – the number of interns interviewed and indicated interest in applying for full-time roles upon graduation. Provide monthly updates to Head, EE.
Track and provide insights into a number of resumes passed to BPs from uni outreach efforts – screened, interviewed, and hired. Provide monthly updates to Head, EE.
Work with vendors to ensure recruitment collaterals are up to date including but not limited to videos, posters, buntings, booklets, backdrops, and props.
Ensure all jobs are up to date on job boards, internal tracker, and for all career fairs and other outreach activities.
Help create and design communications for recruitment including but not limited to LinkedIn posts etc.
Other:
To help out on other assigned duties when required.
About you
Eligibility
Malaysian citizen
Undergraduate/ graduate in any field of study from a local or international university
Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent
Able to commit to the entire duration of the program (minimum of 12 weeks)
Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities
Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, is able to communicate with people at various seniority levels, and works cohesively in a project or team environment
Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.
