You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain high-integrity PowerBI dashboards that analyze the performance and operations of the Engineering department.
  • Use data from Engineering tools to analyze performance in Engineering activities (DOORS - Requirements Management; TMSD - Tests Execution; Bitbucket - Software Development; Clearquest/SharedPalma - Configuration Management, Technical Debt)
  • Use data from enterprise tools to analyze wider business operations (SAP, Workday, Primavera - Purchasing, Resourcing, Budget, and cost tracking)
  • Use key UI/UX principles including validating dashboards against User requirements. 
• Promoting digitalization and data-driven operations
  • Highlight areas of poor data maturity and propose corrective actions.
  • Provide end-user training and technical support for using PowerBI and on UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• Open to Fresh Graduates with working experience of less than 2 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science.
• Fluent in English both in written and oral communication.
• Experienced in preparing and giving presentations.
• Familiarity with tools such as PowerBI Dashboards, Tableau, or Data Studio.
• Experienced in UI/UX Design and Data Analysis.
• Having a certificate in PowerBI and related fields will be advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and provide insights for decision-making.
