Your role

If you are joined Young Professional Program at Hartalega, you will do the following duties:

• Attend 24 monthly programs designed to nurture/grow the young talent, developing the leaders with Hartalega, whilst continually strengthening their branding.
• Young Professionals shall be assigned to other departments to develop business knowledge and leadership; skills, as a talent pipeline to grow and develop with Hartalega.
• Young professionals will be assigned to projects.
• Practical job rotation.
• In-depth development.
• Extensive on-the-job training.
• Professional career prospects.

Training & development

If you are joined this program, you will get on-the-job training and mentorship will be provided from the start of the program. This is a role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities. Besides getting it, Hartalega provides their employees who wish to learn, engage or play, with a host of e-learning modules, and also provides easy access to training records.

About you
