Your role

If you are joined into Graduate Readiness Internship Program (GRID) at Hartalega, you will be trained in your role. After that, you will be taking classroom learning to the field.

Training & developments

GRIP gives you an opportunity to explore your interests and grow your capabilities. You will get guidance from mentors companywide who will supervise your projects, teach and impart knowledge whenever possible to ensure you get a head start for the future.
