Your role

The Internship would be to explore the human resources division and how it relates to supporting business growth. You'd be exploring the culture and strategy of the workforce and how actions lead to the development of capability, capacity & culture.

As an intern, in this role:

• You will work with the two HR leaders in Malaysia 
• Understand Haleon’s interconnected format of the people team
• Deliver one communications-based project
• Deliver one culture-based project
• Learn how to build a strategy proposal for an opportunity area
