Your role

Get to know the role:

• Digitalise and transform SME banking into a user-friendly experience for day-to-day usage.
• Design, plan, and implement a) customer journey and b) financial product, to offer seamless and attractive propositions to customers.
• Facilitate the development of strategy and update management.
• Develop solutions to address the pain points of SME customers in banking.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Perform research on the banking industry’s existing practices and products.
• Analyse existing requirements and documents of SME banking onboarding.
• Analyze different customer types and their behavior to identify the most suitable products to be offered.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to launch new products.
• Manage projects and work streams across multiple stakeholders in different teams.
• Test out different user journeys to improve conversion rates.

Training & development

About you
