Actively monitoring our system health and service performance on a Cloud based environment
Participate in on-site deployments, responsible for the end-to-end project deployment from hardware & software integration, on-site systems & network troubleshooting to customer UAT.
Monitor and identify system related issues, liaise with developers and/or vendors towards issue resolution
Ensure optimal systems availability and minimal disruption to business and meet all agreed targets and SLAs
Responsible for understanding the needs of our customers, providing feedback to Product and Development teams to explore system enhancement opportunities.
Provide Level 2 support to internal teams and external partners/clients
Handle communications internally and externally during service disruptions
Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
Job Requirement :
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology,Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Engineering (Electrical / Electronic)
Preferably Intern specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
