Your role

Essential responsibilities:

• Assist in improving online training materials by utilizing IT skills, specifically in creating SCORM files with Adobe Captivate or Camtasia.
• Ensure e-learning materials are engaging and visually attractive.
• Support the coordination of the apprenticeship program, including administrative tasks and communication with apprentices.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to update and enhance training content.
• Participate in meetings and provide input on training material improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to online training platforms.

About you

Qualification/requirements:

• Degree or diploma program in Information Technology, Multimedia, or Education.
• Proficiency in creating SCORM files using Adobe Captivate or Camtasia.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with online training platforms.
• Creativity in designing engaging and attractive e-learning materials.

Training & development

The intern will be exposed to Data analysis, project management, hands-on engineering processes and procedures as well as real-work environment within an MRO facility. The intern will be under the supervision and guidance of the project manager throughout the internship period.
