Your role

The GE Aerospace’s Graduate Engineering Training Program (GETP) will prepare you for an exciting career tackling one of the world’s toughest challenges towards the future of flight. As a GETP, you will: 

  • Work on rotations over 2 years in a variety of disciplines within GE Engine Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd. (GEESM). 
  • Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers. 
  • Participate in leadership development training led by GE Aerospace. 
  • Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas. 
  • GETP experiences technically challenging and innovative rotations in the Aerospace industry focusing in the areas of Power Plant, Process, Repair, Production & Facility Engineering. 
  • The core engineering skills gained in assignments are enhanced through Advanced Courses in Aircraft Engines and Corporate leadership training. 
  • Exposure to other GE Aerospace sites in the related function as necessary.
  • Meet the Project deliverables as part of the Training Assignments.

About you

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in  Aerospace / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial  / Mechatronic/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Computer Science.
  • Working experience not more than 18 months in related fields.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.5 or greater.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
