Founded in 1976, Gamuda Berhad is a publicly listed company that began as a construction-based enterprise. Today, it is one of Malaysia's leading infrastructure developers with expertise in engineering and construction, lifestyle property and township development, and infrastructure concessions. 

The company is a turnkey contractor with Built-Operate-Transfer expertise. Put simply, Gamuda Berhad is assigned projects by the private or public sector to design, build, operate, and maintain facilities for a certain period. The company then transfers the facility to the owner at the end of a concession agreement. Gamuda Berhad's projects are present across Malaysia, Far East Asia, South East Asia, the Middle East, and Indochina.

Your role

The Gamuda Graduate Programme (GGP) is specifically designed to produce proficient all-rounders equipped with broad base technical skills in their respective areas of specialization.

Training, development & rotations

In this 3-year program, you will obtain holistic exposure through rotation opportunities within a business stream or function, on-the-job learning, coaching experience, and structured formal training to further strengthen your technical skills and hone your leadership capabilities.

The Career Development Unit is set up to support and encourage employees to take ownership of their careers in Gamuda. CDU provides internal career guidance and coaching to enhance employees’ effectiveness in current and future roles. All Canadians are welcome to engage with the team in CDU, as well as to access assessment tools to discover their strengths and development needs.
