Your role

• You will learn how table ordering able to help vendor restaurants to optimize their sales and operations
• You will learn the process to implement SaaS solutions for vendor restaurants
• You will focus to handle day-to-day operations or any administrative-related tasks and provide updates within a given timeframe, with quality and accurate output
• Provide online & on-site support to vendor restaurants on table ordering system implementation and usage 
• Visiting vendor restaurants & ensuring table ordering system implementation is in place.
• Provide training & guidance to vendor & BD team where necessary
• any other ad-hoc task required

About you

• Enrolled in or completed a diploma/degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1-2 years experience in customer support/customer success/operation role
• Experience in Technical Support will be beneficial
• Native/Fluent in English & Malay
• Mandarin & Other languages are a plus
• Skills in Excel (i.e. Vlookup, pivot tables) and Google Sheet is a plus
• Experience in the F&B industry is a big plus
• High attention to detail, process-driven, ability to prioritize, execution-oriented
• Positive attitude, collaborative, fast-learner and a great team player
• Able to hold conversations with different stakeholders
• Willing to travel
