Your role

• Involved in Regional TA Projects: Assist the Talent Acquisition team in special projects and initiatives to build Best-in-Class TA solutions for FedEx's business.
• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet the qualifications for open positions.
• Screening Call Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Data Management: Maintain and update candidate information in FedEx's applicant tracking system (ATS) - Workday.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry best practices and competitive analysis to inform our Talent Acquisition strategy.

Training & development

As an intern, you’ll work on meaningful projects with mentorship from senior FedEx team members. There are networking events, an executive speaker series, service projects, and tours of major FedEx facilities. you'll train alongside professionals and management, perform meaningful work on real-world projects, and broaden your skills and knowledge.

About you

Requirements for this internship:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be a plus!
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about Talent Acquisition and HR processes.
