Responsibilities

• Provides office support to either an individual or team in order to the smooth-running of a business.
• Provide administrative support and assistance to all the Department.
• Able to maintain strict confidence and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients.
• To assist in the full spectrum of the department and related functions.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time.

Required Skill(s)

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, any field or currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Quick learner, attention to detail, initiative & good team player.
  Responsible, pleasant and independent personality
• Able to work under minimum supervision, innovative, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under tight deadline, good planning & problem solving skills.
• Must be computer literate at least in MS Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Required language(s):English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
