Your role:

• Work with Service and Resource long and medium-term planning and design the Infrastructure and Product Lifecycle Management. Resources here need to be understood as the complete Operator's network, Broadcast, and IS/IT infrastructure under the scope of the MS contract.
• Coordinate short-term planning engineering detailed designs of new or enhanced services or resources, supporting the deployment of the solution and ensuring that it meets the project requirements.
• Handle post-incident analysis as part of the problem management process and for approving any change that affects the network (or service) topology or broadcast delivery
• Be responsible for Network (and Service) performance management and capacity management to meet Ericsson and business requirements and growth projections. This function will prompt the need for a specific network and/or broadcast delivery optimization.
• Handle special projects planning and design
• Be responsible for customer solution design
• Coordinate customer experience use case design and modeling
