Your role

DXC team in Malaysia is looking for an enthusiastic HRSS Intern to collaborate closely with the HR Shared Services Team, contributing to day-to-day deliverables. This is an immediate internship opportunity, spanning 3 to 6 months. 

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage confidential documentation, and records, and maintain personal folders.
• Assist in updating employees' personal information in the system.
• Contribute new ideas and information to collaborate with team members.
• Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your superior.

About you

If you're interested in this role, you need to meet the requirements below:

• Basic requirements:
  • Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Adequate proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Education:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Preferred Qualities:
  • Strong and adaptable mindset to meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player who is also independent and capable of multitasking.
  • Demonstrates excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • High adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in your work.
