Your role

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in application management. The intern will assist in the implementation, configuration, and data migration of the application, as well as design and monitor automated email campaigns across various platforms.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Assist in the management of the Pardot Salesforce e-mail application, including implementation, configuration, and data migration.
• Design, implement, and monitor automated email campaigns across email and web platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email campaigns.
• Conduct user training sessions and promote the adoption of the Pardot application.
• Prepare reports and analyze campaign activities using Pardot reports and analytics software.
• Collaborate with the system email automation administrator, as well as creative, content, and business unit teams.
• Communicate project outcomes to project stakeholders.
• Support internal stakeholders in their daily email marketing automation operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About you

Education 

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Functional skills and knowledge 

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming for creating landing pages, forms, and email templates.
• Understanding of database systems such as SQL Server and MySQL
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
