Your role

As an Ocean Freight Intern, your responsibilities include

• Provide assistance to general operational ocean freight functions
• General correspondences with customers, suppliers, agents, and other inter-departments for ocean freight movements
• Monitor and coordinate export & import ocean freight movements
• Prepare relevant documentation for the customer
• Coordinate routine customer reports
• Maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards
• Respond to internal inquiries and complaints and coordinate with other departments on ocean freight needs
• Monitor internal data & system compliance.
