During this internship, you will be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different areas within the Department of Industrial Project
- Support for Location in Kemaman and monitoring for incoming trucks for both Air/Sea
- Maintain 100% compliance with in-country and overseas regulatory requirements.
- Ensure to update CW1 and create a job for custom clearance activities in KSB
- On-time and accuracy of tool fulfillment report preparation and submission
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and proposal
- Ability to work independently with good discipline and positive work attitude
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Follow all company procedures and reporting protocol
- Work closely with the internal customer service team/customer/Logistics and end user to update shipment progress.
Requirements
To be successful in this internship, we expect your qualifications to have the following:
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime, Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with a minor in Logistics and Supply Chain.
- It will be an added advantage if individuals have part-time experience dealing with partners/suppliers.
- Being able to compose, speak, and write professionally in English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- This internship is located at Kemaman
We welcome students with 6 months of internships to apply with us! Successful candidates will be provided an internship allowance every month.
