Your Role

Provide full employee life cycle management. This will include serving as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries relating to HR Services, Benefits services via telephone, email, and HRCM as well as performing HR administration in line with company policies/guidelines and country-specific legislation.

Training, Development & Rotations 

When launching a recruitment drive, make as much use as you can of the job specifications that you already have on file. But do look carefully at the skill sets needed, and decide which are crucial and which are just ‘nice to have. DHL spent a lot of time looking at how to better meet the needs of the organization and embed development activities in the culture of recognition. So, DHL has been piloting a new program for the employees who work as supervisors in hubs.
