We are looking for an immediate, full-time, contract position in APAC at Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose

Manage a range of integrated Procurement services at the country level for the business partners (divisions) in their scope. Achieve the greatest value contribution, benefit realization, and efficiency from all procurement activities and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their demands in terms of quality, price, and service. Close cooperation with sourcing to develop and implement the best local procurement strategies, and identify and recommend best-in-class practices and suppliers to the divisions.

Your tasks:

• Develop, maintain and share thorough knowledge of:
  • - markets/category trends
  • suppliers/regional players
• Develop local and contribute to regional and global category sourcing strategies and initiatives
• Prepare & lead strategic supplier negotiations with suppliers
• Prepare, conduct and lead tenders (incl. E-sourcing)
• Ensure effective implementation of DPDHL Procurement contracts
• Ensure (sourcing, purchasing, company) policy adherence of regional/local Business Partners
• Conduct local & regional supplier management

Compensation & benefits

About you

• Fresh graduates or graduates with less than one-year working experience on a full-time basis
• Preferred field of studies: Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain or other business degrees with 3.0 CGPA/Second Class Upper (Hons)
