Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external customer for issuance of cash pick up Tax invoice and collection reconciliation.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to close gap on cash reconciliation and handling process.
- Back up for IB Duty COD outstanding monitoring.
- To act as finance support for various systems.
- To support Manager with First Choice initiative, GEMBA and process improvement.
- Act as finance coordinator to CFO for finance related activities including CRISP and compliance matters.
- To generate OB cash invoice and monitoring Cash recon and handling process.
- System admin and coordinator for finance related activities.
Requirements
- Analytical, independent, take ownership of area of responsibilities.
- Proficient in reconciliation.
- Good team player and stakeholders management.
- Drive for continuous improvement.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with good time management.
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
