Dexcom Malaysia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will support various HR functions, including HR projects. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HRBPs in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Assist in the design and implementation of change management initiatives, including communication plans and training programs.
- Contribute to various HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee wellness programs, and workforce planning.
- Research HR best practices and industry trends to support the development of innovative HR solutions.
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of HR initiatives to ensure they meet the needs of the business and employees.
Qualifications and skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Availability to commit to a specific duration of the internship program.
