Your role

This role sits within the Enterprise Technology and Performance team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which helps clients achieve maximum value from digital transformation investments in Finance, Supply Chain, and IT operations by taking a holistic view of performance improvement including strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operating services. As part of the SAP Team, you will drive business transformation and ongoing operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions using an array of HANA-based preconfigured solutions and assets.

Work you’ll do:

You will be part of the structured Deloitte SEA Graduate Analyst Program and be given a personal coach, the opportunity to undergo a 2-week intensive boot camp training aimed at equipping you with the skillsets necessary to excel, and opportunities to gain regional exposure by traveling across SEA as part of project assignments, and other professional development opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
• Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices.
• Advise clients on SAP-recommended processes and functions
• Design target state SAP solutions for clients.
• Influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state 
• Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution 
• Perform SAP configuration and tests.
• Develop specifications for the development of forms/ reports/ interfaces.
• Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover.
• Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post-cutover.

About you

Requirements:

• Available to commence work in October 2024
• In your final year of study or recent graduate between 0-2 years of work experience
• Strong academic performance in your undergraduate degree from any academic major; Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred
• SAP experience will be an added advantage 
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills 
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting. 
• Exceptional problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, creative thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills

Training & development 

This program will allow you to develop core consulting skills and business acumen whilst gaining access to a wide scope of training and development activities. In addition, you will have an opportunity to work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the chosen business area. You will be at the center of it all, performing research, data analysis, and modeling to tackle complex business problems. In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.
