Your role

Work you will do

This role sits within the Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses IT Strategy and Transformation. 

As a Deloitte Protégé, you will have exposure to a wide range of business services within Enterprise Technology and Performance.  Working with some of the best and brightest people anywhere, on behalf of many of the world’s most influential companies. You will be

• Collecting and managing data from various sources (Internet, Annual Report, Meeting Minutes) to enhance the current project database
• Interacting with mid-tier companies representatives (MTCs) to collect the relevant information required for the project
• Providing basic analysis on MTCs information and data that will be used by Deloitte Consulting & Client and
• Assisting Deloitte Consulting & Client in preparing the plan and implementation of competency development of the MTC companies.

About you

• Strong academic performance in your undergraduate degree preferably Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science 
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
• Good verbal and written English language skills
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours environment, and a sense of humor!

• The first interview will generally be a telephonic screening with the Graduate team. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions about the role and the firm that you may have.
• This is followed by a face-to-face interview or an Assessment Day with the service line you are applying for. This is an in-depth interview and discussion regarding your technical and motivational fit for the role, team, and firm. The number of interviews varies from service line to service line.
• As required The Final Stage could be a meeting with a Partner/Director dependent on the process each Service Line follows.
• Assessment Days are scheduled based on Business Diaries and these dates will be shared with you by The Graduate Team.  An Assessment Day generally runs from 08:00 - 14:00.
