About you:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in Accounting, Finance, or the equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 and above
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
  • Team player who also works effectively independently
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Multi-tasker and effective time manager
  • Skilled in office automation tools - e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingness to travel outstation or overseas for short to medium-term assignments

Work you’ll do:-

Assisting the engagement manager / senior consultant on fieldwork: 

  • Documenting walkthrough interviews
  • Assist in sample testing for the allocated work scope
  • Build relationships with the client and also with colleagues in the firm
  • Ensure the work is submitted timely

  • This is followed by a face-to-face interview or an Assessment Day with the service line you are applying for. This is an in-depth interview and discussion regarding your technical and motivational fit for the role, team, and firm. The number of interviews varies from service line to service line.
  • As required The Final Stage could be a meeting with a Partner/Director dependent on the process each Service Line follows.
  • Assessment Days are scheduled based on Business Diaries and these dates will be shared with you by The Graduate Team.  An Assessment Day generally runs from 08:00 - 14:00.
