Your role

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team provides Application Managed Service (AMS) or Operate services to Deloitte Clients in the SEA region for the various ERP applications. Deloitte partners with clients to ensure business continuity and perform value-added tasks by delivering continuous improvements within the internal IT process and procedures and also the business processes defined in the application. The support that the AMS team renders enables Deloitte Clients to focus more on their strategic work while Deloitte focuses on maintaining business satisfaction for the implemented application.

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team works hand in hand with Deloitte Consulting team to provide end-to-end services to Deloitte Clients from Advisory, to Implement to Operate. The teams are key in ensuring that there is a seamless transition from the project implementation team or the Client’s incumbent AMS service provider.

As an analyst in this engaging & growing team, you will have the opportunity to tap into state-of-the-art technologies such as Cloud Apps – within SAP & Oracle, Automation/RPA, and Business Transformation. The key responsibilities of this position will include the following:

• Analyze and act on request or incidents (simple) raised by the client for their ERP application and resolve it within the agreed SLA and with quality with guidance from senior team members.
• Deliver simple enhancements (low-risk configuration or technical changes) within the agreed timeframe and with quality.
• Able to perform periodic system tasks.
• Actively document new issues as a knowledge base
• Partake in any Continuous Improvement initiatives on top of existing workload to further improve current processes within the organization
• Fully comply with and adhere to all the standard AMS processes & procedures that are developed.

Compensation & benefits

About you

To be eligible for applying to this role, you are required to have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience in any field are encouraged to apply
• Having taken a relevant ERP-related subject in college/university or having interned with exposure to the relevant ERP application will be an added advantage
• Good spoken English. The ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage. Example, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai, Japanese, etc
• Possess good analytic thinking
• Curious, creative, proactive, and always seeking out new challenges.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to explore and expand knowledge on an ongoing basis
• Willing to work based on Client’s business work days and office hours.
• Willing to work on a shift basis
• Ability to travel if required, i.e. to be placed at the Client’s site for the project
