Training & development

In this program, you will get a 12-month mentoring program aimed at undergraduate females from science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines (STEM). You will be paired with mentors from Dell who provide you with 1-1 support and guidance to help bridge the gap between education and employment. (source:jobs.dell.com)

Compensation & benefits

This program is a kind of mentoring program that is done online and based on what we searched online, there is no mention of any allowance given to the program participants. However, after completing this mentorship, you will be eligible or recommended for Dell paid program like an internship or another career program.

About you

  • Excellent in Communication (English)
  • Bachelor's Student in 3rd & final year STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) careers  
  • Time availability to attend mentoring sessions online (approximately 1 hour a month); in addition networking activities (1 hour every three months).
  • Passionate about learning and connecting with other people

You will also need:

  • A computer with an internet connection to attend the meetings
